The Henrico Learner Profile
Created using input from students, educators, families and community stakeholders, the Henrico Learner Profile is a shared vision for student success, emphasizing the development of essential life-ready skills and attributes.
Teaching and learning experiences are developed with student outcomes and student success at the center. The critical “life-ready” knowledge, skills and attributes of the HLP reflect what our community told us they want students to know and be able to do.
